Terms & Conditions

1. Complaints & Adjustments

  • Timeframe: Complaints must be made within 7 days of your appointment.
  • Inspection Required: To address any concerns, we must be able to see your hair in person.
  • Corrections Only: Adjustments are made to fix the original service only — changes in style or colour preference may be considered a new service and charged accordingly.

2. Deposits

  • A deposit may be required for certain services or for new clients. This will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Deposits are non-refundable in the case of no-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice.
  • Deposits will be deducted from your total at the end of your appointment.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit or a late cancellation fee.
  • No-shows may be required to pre-pay for future appointments.

4. Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you’re running late, let us know as soon as possible.
  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or a reschedule, and may incur a fee.

5. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds for services rendered.
  • If you’re unhappy with your results, we’ll provide reasonable adjustments, provided the issue is reported within 7 days and we can inspect the result in person.
