Terms & Conditions
1. Complaints & Adjustments
Timeframe: Complaints must be made within 7 days of your appointment.
Inspection Required: To address any concerns, we must be able to see your hair in person.
Corrections Only: Adjustments are made to fix the original service only — changes in style or colour preference may be considered a new service and charged accordingly.
2. Deposits
A deposit may be required for certain services or for new clients. This will be communicated at the time of booking.
Deposits are non-refundable in the case of no-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice.
Deposits will be deducted from your total at the end of your appointment.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit or a late cancellation fee.
No-shows may be required to pre-pay for future appointments.
4. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you’re running late, let us know as soon as possible.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or a reschedule, and may incur a fee.
5. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for services rendered.
If you’re unhappy with your results, we’ll provide reasonable adjustments, provided the issue is reported within 7 days and we can inspect the result in person.
